Employment Benefits
WEBEmployees contribute 6% of gross earnings on a pre-tax basis. RHA also makes regular contributions as mandated by the NC Department of State Treasurer. Optional 401 (K) & 457 Plans : Participation is voluntary. Contributions can be made on a pre-tax and/or after-tax basis per plan rules. RHA matches up to a maximum of 4% of employee contributions.
