WebCode-4 Counseling, established in 2017, is the brainchild of Dr. Sara Metz, PsyD, and retired Chief of Police Nick Metz, MS, LPCC. Dr. Sara Metz, a licensed clinical psychologist with 15 years of expertise in first responder and military psychology, co-founded the organization to address the unique mental health needs of these populations.

Nick Metz — Level UP! Conference
WebNick Metz is a 36-year law enforcement veteran who has served as Deputy Chief of Police of the Seattle Police Department and retired in 2020 as Chief of Police of the Aurora Colorado Police Department where he oversaw over 1000 law enforcement personnel in a city of almost 400,000 residents.

Ronnie Dorrell — Level UP! Conference
WebRonnie has been in law enforcement since 2012 and is currently a Sergeant with the Douglas County Sheriff's Office, serving in the Patrol Division and an Assistant Team Leader on the Douglas County S.W.A.T. Team. Ronnie has been married to Stephanie Dorrell for 12 years and together have two children.
