WebAn NHS Health Check can tell you if you're at higher risk of getting certain health problems. This includes: heart disease. diabetes. kidney disease. strokes. During the check-up, we’ll discuss how to reduce your risk and help you make a plan to stay healthy. If you're over 65, we’ll also talk about the signs and symptoms of dementia.

Order a repeat prescription
WebOrder using an online form. You can order a repeat prescription using an online form. We recommend only using this form if you do not have access to other online services like the NHS app. You will need to provide the name of the medication and dosage. Access to Medical Records
WebWhat's changed. You will now be able to see all the information within your health record automatically. If you are over 16 and have an online NHS account, such as through the NHS App or NHS website, you can now see all your notes from your GP. For most people, access will be automatic and you won’t need to do anything.
Get help and advice online
WebThe NHS app is a quick way to access NHS services. Using the NHS app means you do not need to enter your personal details each time you contact the surgery. You can read more about the app on the NHS website. You can use your NHS account to get help and advice from the surgery. You will need the NHS app or to know your NHS account details.
View your medical records
WebYou can view your GP medical record online using your NHS account. You will need the NHS app or your NHS account login details. You may need to ask the surgery for access to view your medical records in your NHS account. You’ll only need to do this once. View medical record using NHS account.
Pneumonia vaccination
WebBabies are offered 2 doses of pneumococcal vaccine, at 12 weeks and at 1 year of age. People aged 65 and over only need a single pneumococcal vaccination. This vaccine is not given annually like the flu jab. Children at risk of pneumococcal infections can have the PPV vaccine from the age of 2 years onwards.
Make a formal complaint
WebYou can do this by writing to the surgery address or using the online Surgery Feedback form and stating clearly that it is a Formal Complaint. If you need support with writing your Formal Complaint, please contact the Health Complaints Advocacy Service . However, you can still make your Formal Complaint by phoning or visiting the surgery.
