Healthcare service quality-measurement models: a review

The review and synthesis of the extant literature identified five major models. These models have been used for measuring the quality of healthcare services, namely, Donabedian's, SERVQUAL (SERVPERF), HEALTHQUAL, PubHosQual and HospitalQual models.
