Whole Wheat Pasta with Fresh Tomatoes and Herbs

WEBStir tomatoes, herbs, garlic and oil together in a medium bowl. Add salt and freshly ground pepper to taste. Set aside. Bring water to boil in a large pot. Add 1 tablespoon salt and water. Follow directions on pasta to cook to al dente. Reserve ½ cup of the pasta cooking water. Drain pasta and return to pot.

Pasta with Roasted Cauliflower and Capers

Warm Spinach Salad with Bacon, Eggs, and Mushrooms

WEBHeat sweetened condensed milk, sugar, and the remaining water over medium-high heat in a medium (at least 1.9 quart or 1.7 liter), covered saucepan for 3-4 minutes. WEBHeat over medium heat until the mixture begins to boil, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in 1 ¾ cup semi sweet chocolate chips until completely melted and incorporated. Pour the peanut butter mixture over the peanuts and oats. Stir until well mixed. Spread mixture into the prepared baking pan.

Banana Chocolate Chip Bran Muffins

WEBSet aside. In a medium bowl or large measuring cup, stir together 1 ½ cups mashed banana, ½ cup granulated sugar, ¾ cup buttermilk, and 1 large egg. Gently fold the banana mixture into the flour mixture just until no pockets of flour remain. Let the batter rest for at least 15 minutes, or up to an hour.
