WebHealth Examinations & Screenings. Delaware requires all students to have periodic health screenings provided by the school and two health examinations. Vision and hearing screening is provided by the school nurse for students in kindergarten and in grades 2, 4, 7 and 9 (or 10). Screenings are completed by January 15 of each year.
